Keep the context
Bring enquiries, conversation history and ownership into a clearer view. Multi-channel connectivity is on the roadmap.
Prototype workflow + planned channelsMeet Lyra Business OS. A developing workspace that brings customer conversations, company knowledge and human decisions into one coordinated flow.
Prototype tested. Live integrations ahead.
Built for teams. Designed to keep people in control.
We can help. Could you share the appliance type and the issue you're experiencing?
Illustrative interface. No live messages or AI connection.
When conversations live in separate apps, the next action can get lost. We are building a more connected way for small teams to manage enquiries, review responses and know who owns what happens next.
Lyra Connect is the first module of Lyra Business OS. The goal is a practical communications workspace, not a promise to replace every system your business uses.
Bring enquiries, conversation history and ownership into a clearer view. Multi-channel connectivity is on the roadmap.
Prototype workflow + planned channelsUse approved knowledge to support response drafts. Let a person review the answer and decide what to send.
Demonstrated with synthetic fixturesHand the conversation to a person when needed. Keep limits, status and recovery part of the workflow.
Core synthetic scenarios testedA service or repair business is one candidate for our first focused pilot. The example below shows the workflow we are testing, not an acquired customer or a connected live channel.

A mock draft is linked to an approved source.
Review, edit or take over. No silent hand-off of responsibility.
Simulated delivery and conversation state can be checked again.
Research, product requirements, architecture and a browser-based prototype are in place. The core synthetic journey has been exercised across mobile, tablet and desktop layouts.
These are internal QA results for the tested prototype, not a production SLA, security certification or proof of customer demand.
We will earn the next stage with evidence, not a launch countdown.
Compare existing approaches, define the product and test a controlled workflow.
Core prototype verifiedClose the remaining QA item, validate one segment and understand willingness to pay.
Next milestoneAgree the channels, data, permissions and budget. Test reliability and real operating costs.
Planned · not launchedAdd integrations and workflows only where a measured customer need supports them.
Longer-term directionApproved knowledge. Explicit ownership. Bounded actions.
These are design requirements we will continue testing as the system develops.
Not as a production service. We have a local synthetic prototype and are preparing the next validation stage. You can explore a synthetic interactive demo with sample data. No live AI or real messages are involved. This is not a production service or an application login.
Messaging channels and business integrations are part of the product direction. The first pilot's connections will be selected after technical, permission and customer requirements are validated. No live channel is advertised as connected today.
Pricing is not final. We are evaluating a subscription with clearly defined usage, onboarding and support. Channel fees, AI costs and service effort must be validated before a commercial offer.
Introduce a suitable business, help validate a workflow or discuss a potential pilot or distribution partnership. Any pilot, commercial arrangement or investment would be agreed separately.
Try a fictional cleaning enquiry with a source-backed template, human review and a visible demo budget. No account is needed.

We welcome conversations with business owners and potential partners who can help shape a focused, useful first product.
